Yeast Van is home to some of the best beer and spirits in the province, and this Sunday you can get a peek behind the scenes and meet the people responsible for your favourite bevvies.
The third annual Yeast Van Hop Circuit takes place from 1-5pm with the many brewers and distillers of the neighbourhood be providing tours, demonstrations and samples. The route is walkable and the weather is shaping up to be not-terrible, so make sure you leave the car at home and hoof it.
The self-guided tour includes stops at 15 breweries and two distilleries, with Andina, Bomber, Callister, Coal Harbour, Doan’s, East Van Brewing, Hastings Mill, Luppolo, Off The Rail, Parallel 49, Postmark, Powell, Storm, Strange Fellows and Strathcona all taking part, as well as Odd Society Spirits and Resurrection Spirits.
Along the way, there will be food trucks to keep you nourished and a scavenger hunt to keep you entertained.
