Good beer and good deeds, together at last.

Red Truck Beer is helping to support the Greater Vancouver Food Bank with their STOMP Out Hunger campaign to raise money and gather donations to support the absolutely critical work done year round by the food bank.

Everyone who drops off a cash or non-perishable food donation at the Red Truck Brewery before Jan. 13 will receive a coupon good for $5 off a ticket to see the touring production of STOMP during its Jan. 13-15 run at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. Red Truck is also donating $1 from each pint of its seasonal beers sold in the Truck Stop during the month of December to the Greater Vancouver Food Bank.

So, yeah, head down to Red Truck and drain a few pints for a good cause! Y’know, in addition to the very legitimate cause of satisfying that thirst you worked up doing all that Christmas shopping.

If you haven’t been there yet, the Red Truck Brewery and Truck Stop are located at 295 East 1st Ave. in Vancouver, and both are open seven days a week for donations and delicious beer.
