Moon Blossom by Strange Fellows Brewing

5.3% ABV • 12 IBU • 473 mL tall cans

This sour saison is can-conditioned as any proper saison should be, but it’s only a limited release, so grab it while you can. Brewed with Fraser Valley elderflowers and fermented with a multi-culture of wild cultures and a French Saison yeast. It promises to be floral with a lemony tartness and a “spicy white pepper like finish.”

Sink or Swim by Twa Dogs Brewery

5.0% ABV • 473 mL tall cans

This Belgian-style witbier is brewed with unmalted wheat, apricots, orange peels and lemon peels, giving it a light, cloudy, body and tart citrusy finish. Spice notes courtesy of coriander and nutmeg.

Pretty Much Yeah by Superflux Beer Co.

7.0% ABV • 473 mL tall cans

Superflux’s latest hazy IPA is a collab with Portland’s Gigantic Brewing and features a whole schwack of Galaxy hops. Brewed with oats and lactose for maximum haze and sweetness. So think and juicy you could float a quarter in it.
