Entropy Series No. 10 Cuba Libre by Dageraad Brewing

6.5% ABV • 750 mL bottles

Dageraad took this dark, spiced, Belgian-style ale and aged it in rum barrels to give it a real rum and coke character. Notes of citrus, vanilla and spice. This limited run of bottles is only available at the brewery, so hop on a SkyTrain and get out to Burnaby soon before Entropy No. 10 is all gone.

Double Infinity (Citra) by Superflux Beer Co.

8.0% ABV • 473 mL tall cans

The latest edition of Superflux’s ongoing Double Infinity DIPA series features a metric shit-ton of Citra hops. Expect notes of tropical fruit, citrus and dankness.

Takara by Fuggles & Warlock Craftworks

6.0% ABV • 650 mL bottles

Takara means “Treasure” in Japanese, and this little treasure is a delicately tart wheat kettle sour is brewed with fresh cherries. Available at Fuggles & Warlock’s tasting room and select private liquor stores.
