Founded by two home brewers who were born and raised in Nelson, this nano-brewery has a 4-hL system with plastic fermenters that can be moved in and out of a small cooler as needed, offering great flexibility. At first, the beer was only available in growlers, but lately Torchlight has been able to bottle some of its offerings. There is almost always something new in the tasting room. –JW
