Delta’s Four Winds Brewing has re-released its classic imperial saison, Sovereign, for the first time in four years and we couldn’t be happier. This mixed fermentation dry-hopped farmhouse ale clocks in at a whopping 8.5% ABV and offers aromas of candied orange and red apple, with complex flavours of fruity esters, elderflower and spice.
