Sovereign Super Saison by Four Winds Brewing

Delta’s Four Winds Brewing has re-released its classic imperial saison, Sovereign, for the first time in four years and we couldn’t be happier. This mixed fermentation dry-hopped farmhouse ale clocks in at a whopping 8.5% ABV and offers aromas of candied orange and red apple, with complex flavours of fruity esters, elderflower and spice. Four Winds’ beers are available for delivery locally and provincewide here.

Vancouver Island Brewing has reformulated one of its flagship beers, replacing its Dortmunder-style Victoria Lager with Victoria Pilsner, a German-style pilsner. Victoria Pilsner is a rich, full-bodied beer with an assertive hop bite. Available for delivery in the Greater Victoria area here.
