Last Train to Poco by Taylight Brewing (collab w/ Northpaw, Patina, Tinhouse, Provincial Spirits)
West Coast IPA • 6.4% ABV • 55 IBU • 473 mL tall cans
All four Port Coquitlam breweries (Taylight, Northpaw, Tinhouse and Patina) got together with local distillery Provincial Spirits to create this West Coast-style IPA for a good cause. In honour of this collaboration, $1 from every four-pack of Last Train to Poco sold is heading straight back into the community through a charitable cause to be announced live at the launch party at Taylight Brewing, Friday, March 6, 5–10pm. Labels were designed and donated by Summit Labels, cans donated by Mile 37, and hops and malt provided by Hopzoil, Glacier Hops Ranch, Skagit Valley, and Brew Culture. Last Train to Poco is available in cans exclusively in the brewery and on tap at Taylight Brewing, Provincial Spirits, Tinhouse Brewing, and Northpaw Brew Co. while supplies last.
CHERRY COLA MÄRZEN by Vancouver Island Brewing
Märzen • 5.8% ABV • 21 IBU • 473mL tall cans
The latest installment in Vancouver Island Brewing’s Tidal Series is inspired by a classic cherry soda. This full-bodied German-style märzen is rich and malty with aromas of dark fruit and caramel.
Got Yo Back IPA by Powell Brewery
West Coast IPA • 5.6% ABV • 50 IBU • 473 mL tall cans
Vancouver’s Powell Brewery is going old school with this West Coast-style IPA. Got Yo Back features a base of superior pilsner malt and is heavily hopped with Columbus, Centennial and Chinook for flavours of orange, grapefruit, lemon and pine. Available in the brewery tasting room and in select liquor stores.
